Unable to sign on desktop power automate

i have downloaded the latest app for desktop power automate and installed it on our server.

After the installation, I tried to sign in, but I got this error "An error occurred while communicating with the Microsoft cloud services. Try again and if the issue persists contact your administrator." The image attached

Kindly assist with this

    Hi @Damilola ,

     

    Just try to restart your server and check it will work.

    If it doesnt work just try to reinstall the power automate desktop.
