Adobe Sign - sending everything from my account

Hi,

I have built a PA flow that in the end creates a PDF file that has to be signed through the Adobe Sign platform.
Everything is working nicely but the only problem is that all agreements are sent in behalf of my account. It should be sent from the person who completed the SharePoint list item.

So, I discovered the field 'in the name of' and I entered the correct variable there that comes out of my SharePoint list.

Then I got this errror for my test: "invalid user id or email provided in x-api-user header"

Does this mean that I have to insert all my users in the Adobe Sign environment? Or is there another way, maybe by including our domain names.

I use this license: Acrobat Sign solutions for enterprises - Azure transactions.

    Hi

Please make sure to share your flow. Just explaining doesn't really help since you started out saying it all works nicely, then saying it doesn't.

So we need to see a Run, we need to see the actions, with the errors.

In most cases, the connection run's as the person who setup the Flows. Unless you have the ability to do something on behalf of the person, in which case for instance, if you take Emailing. If you have Send privileges, then you can just type in their email, it knows its you, but you have permission on their account and it goes out as them.

I would have to assume yes, that every single person needs a license to be able to sign, but this is an Adobe question, not a general questions.

I would read this very carefully as it explains how to do what you need

Adobe Sign for Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate and it specifically calls out on how you need to do what I said, above so that you can send on behalf of others.

    Cheers
