Hi

 

I have a flow that works on a recurrence (every day) and will get items from a list of nearly 900 before filtering and sending an email based on a certain detail in the list. However the get items function will only work for the first 500 list items So it is ignoring nearly half of my data.

 

Is there any way I can fix this? If not when will you be able to make a change to this?

    Hi PIC,

     

    By default, the Maximum Get Count of the action “SharePoint>Get items” will only return back 256 items. In order to get more items, please try to set the “Maximum Get Count” underneath the advanced option to a larger value.
