"This app isn’t opening correctly"

Over a year ago I built a simple App for adding items to a Sharepoint list. It has been working well but I was informed by a user this morning that it was no longer working for them. Now when I click the "Add" button on the list I get this error:

This app isn’t opening correctly

The sharePoint request failed with error: '{"odata.error":{"code":"-2147024891, System.UnauthorizedAccessException","message":{"lang":"en-US","value":"Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource."}}}'.

 

If I click "Customize with Power Apps" to try and get to the editor, I get an 'Environment not found' error. From within Power Apps, my App isn't listed which was making me think it had been deleted somehow, however, if I go to the Power Platform Admin Centre I can see the App listed under my environment with me as the Owner (but the 'Share' and 'Delete' options are greyed out).

How can I get my form working again? I did recently change my site URL - could that have affected it? I have other Apps that still work.

    Hi @jasonsmedley ,

     

    If you have changed the site URL, yes it is the reason of that issue.

     

    Since your customize form is a simple app, I would recommend you to remove the original app and create a new one with only a few steps:

    1\ On the list page of SPO, click the "Return to classic SharePoint"

    2\ Go to list settings:

    3\ Go to Form settings:

    4\ Select "Use the default SharePoint form" and then click that Delete custom form

    5\ Now you could open and create a new customize form on the list page as last year.
