How to edit manual entries of response on Microsoft Forms

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to collect some response using Microsoft Forms from users. Appreciate if you could help with the questions below:

1a. Is there two-way of data flow that allow import of dataset from other source (different system output) back to Microsoft Forms result?

1b. If not, how to automate the Microsoft Forms result to add to an external data file to consolidate dataset from other source?

2a. Is alternation allowed to Microsoft Forms result? For example, is it possible for administrator to change a question response from 'active' to 'inactive' to update the user's status on result and then filter out from analysis?

2b. If not, is it possible to add a question for internal use by administrator and hidden from the recipients to indicate user's status and then filter out from the result?

Hope someone can give some insights on these. Thank you.

Regards,

Ava

    Hi

Sorry I do not get it.. They are all Manual Entries.

If you are asking how to modify someone elses entries you cannot, at least not in the Form itself.

If you have a flow, you can capture their responses and do whatever you want with them.
Otherwise the user must Save (when the submit it) the Submission, and the Form must be marked that they are allowed to change their answers.
