Maybe I've not run across this before, but when I opened my flows today they came up in this grid style editor and MS trying to shill for "co-pilot" or something.

Is this new, did I accidently flip some setting, ?

This is new designer panel for power automate cloud flows as part of latest update , Refer here for more details:

You can switch to old designer panel by selecting the option like this:

This is the new flow editor, which includes Co-pilot integration. The crucial point is that you're not compelled to use it exclusively. You still have the option to open flows in the classic editor. However, it's beneficial to familiarize yourself with the new editor as it represents the future direction.
