Attended Flow does not work correctly

I try to run a flow in the Attended way and watch it run. He needs to open a web page with Edge and extract some information. When I run this flow manually (by clicking the "run" button), logged into the virtual machine, it works perfectly. When I try to run it through Power Automate Cloud, using the action "Run a flow built with Power Automate for Desktop", whether Attended or Unattended, it doesn't work.

    Hi @PatrickMisselli ,

One of the most likely root causes may be your browser extensions on the virtual machine.  Verify.

    Hi, @trice602!

I tested my flow by running it manually in the virtual machine, so I think the problem is not with my browser extension...

It only happens when I try to run it by Power Automate Cloud, and it doesn't work properly.

It's happening to all automations I have.

    Hi @PatrickMisselli,

Understood.  When I reread the error message is says failed to attach to URL by title.  This typically means your flow is running on a webpage already open and will not work from a cloud flow.

Can you share to desktop flow here please?

I changed the "Launch Microsoft Edge" action to launch a new window, not attach to a running browser, actually.

Here is a screenshot of the problematic part of the flow:

I've set a retry policy, in case of errors too, but it's still not working.

(It's a brazilian site, btw, so ignore the portuguese statements)

    Thanks for your help! 😊

Just in case, here is another example of what's happening:

That's another flow I have. It works perfectly when I open it manually in the virtual machine and run it.

However, when I try to run it by Power Automate Cloud, it doesn't work.

    Hi @PatrickMisselli ,

There's probably something else going on here and don't have enough information to resolve.  One thing I typically use for virtual machine testing is to add a subflow on errors, and take a picture of the screen and see what is happening.

One thing that has occurred in the past that I have found is the virtual log-in does open up the browser but is stuck in a "what's new feature demo in Edge" and you "cannot connect" until you go through all the next, next, next, next buttons, so add the screenshot on error and see what is occurring.

The other helpful troubleshooting option is to add a 45 second delay and the beginning of the flow and after the flow starts and starts to run a desktop flow, login to the VM and watch the flow in action - also can help you troubleshoot.

This has been an issue with browser automation for a few months now. Try disabling the "Wait for web page to load" in the Launch new Microsoft Edge action, and instead add a separate action to Wait for web page content to verify that the page has loaded (wait for a certain text or an element on the page). This usually resolves the issue.

    Hi, @Agnius.

    Thanks for your response.

It did not solve the problem. When it opens the browser, it shows me a "about:blank" screen, as you can see in the print below.

Is the Power Automate extension enabled on your browser? Seems to be greyed out in your screenshot.
