Consolidate Email Distribution from SharePoint List

Hi,

I want to notify users via email but I can't consolidate my recipients.  One manager is receiving multiple emails when they should receive one.

I've seen how to do this with a static report but what if I update my list weekly.  How do you consolidate so individual managers receive ONE email and not individual emails if they are on my list multiple times?

Please help.  Thanks in advance!

    Hi @jugeorge ,

Could you please show your flow in edit mode?
Can you give some examples to illustrate your needs?
If you want to put all the updated and new items in the same email and send it to the same person once after you update your list every week. You can try to change the trigger and let the flow run once a week, or you can manually trigger the flow yourself at a specific time every week. Your current trigger fires the flow every time you create a new item in the list, so multiple emails are sent.

    Best Regards,

    Dezhi

Hi Dezhi, thank you for responding!

Correct, I would like multiple emails to send for new items - I am having trouble grouping per one column = Approval Group Manager email.  I think I need a grouping at the beginning of the flow.  My List will have Approval Group Manager email = Dave, Dave, Dave, John, John, Nicole, Nicole and out of these 7 list items, I need 3 emails sent that group each list item per Approval Group.  I tried initializing variable but unfortunately I have not been able to avoid an error.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @jugeorge ,

Your initial variable should be set to array.

    Best Regards,

    Dezhi
