Please accept my apologies of this has been covered, but I really cannot find a solution anywhere and have been looking for the last couple of days.
My firm is migrating to O365E3 and want to replace their Citrix Sharefile service with SharePoint. I know this can be done using manual "copy link" functions, however what they are specifically looking for is being able to drag a file to outlook prior sending an email, then have O365 (most likely Flow) replace the attachment with a link to the file in Sharepoint.
For example, if a file is dragged into an email, then ideally we need the service to upload the file to Shapoint Online (say a general "attachments site", create a link and then delete the attachment in outlook and finally paste the link into the body of the email... Very much how Citrix Sharefile does this.
Does anyone know if this is possible with Flow?
It seems as though Flow can do a lot with incoming mail and attachments, but not outgoing mail to help with security.
I know O365 has email encryption, but we wondered if this more user friendly method of sending attachments was possible because we could then implement standard security rules for files with external links.
Many many thanks for your time on this if you know of an article that can help.
Jon
