I have a flow that creates an item in a SharePoint List, but some items don't appear in the list. The flow is happy. I even do a "Send HTTP Call" after the "Create Item" to populate a hyperlink field, and it uses the ID of the supposedly created item.

The only thing that seems to produce legit for real items is if my Multi-choice Keywords field is populated. I even tried inserting some additional columns--but it didn't help. I guess my items are going to the alternate universe.

Awesome! I didn't create the view. I copied the list structure and it was preventing see empty fields.

Have you looked at the View editor of the SP list and checked if there is a filter applied?
