PowerBIIntegration live connection - how to restore?

Good day,

 

Currently I'm working a project, where I'm using Power BI tables to add some extra features to Power BI table. My issue is, when I first added Power App to PBI, it navigated me to Power App maker where I could see live data from Power BI and all my manipulations from PBI.

But the next time I open the report and the app, this feature is lost and all I see is blank tables. Is there a way to restore it without a need to create new Power App?

    When you first opened the app and saw the data, did you make sure to save the app and publish it? If not, you would want to try it because that will solve the issue. Let me know how it works out.

    Thank you for you replay.

    Unfortunately, it is still not working. I'm publishing every change I make, since the only way for me to see it is on powerbi.com.

    I tried to use edit button on PowerApp control within PowerBi, it moved me to PA website but the tables are still not getting data from Power Bi.

    You have to edit the app via the Power BI Service. Navigate to your Power BI report on the PBI Service in your browser of choice, then click edit. Find your embedded Power Apps visualisation and click the ellipsis in the top right, then 'edit'. This will open a new tab of the Power Apps web app and the data will be populated.

    Note that even this method fails about 5% of the time and you get the blank tables, but most of the time this works.
