Switch Condition not working

Hi All,

Looking for some help getting this Switch condition to work. On my MS form there is 3 choices on the first question, depending on which one the user selects a different team needs to be notified.

I've followed everything I can online but only the first 'choice' and first 'case' is notified, if option 2 or 3 is selected the teams message doesn't come through to the chats.

    Hi,

Make sure the value you selected for ‘Equals’ in Case 2 and Case 3 matches exactly what you are using in the ‘Switch On’ value. If they don’t match exactly, for example, if there is a space at the end or a difference in capitalization, the case will not run. From the failed runs, you can check the dynamic value used in ‘Switch On’ and verify if it matches exactly with your values in Case 2 and Case 3.

    Hope this helps.
    Anthony.

Inspect the Get response details for a run and see what you get:

You will see the parameter code when hovering the Switch On in edit mode.

Also for the cases - you should not have hyphens. E.g Second Option not "Second Option"

I followed what you suggested all seem to be as you explain. Ran again and flow runs however now noticed its skipping case 2 & 3 still but all display this message on teams message action.
