choice field and person field using || how to??

HI

 

I have a toggle to validate.. can I know what is the syntax for choice field ;  is the holder - person field right too?  Thanks

    Yes, you can compare display name to text because both are string. But in case of choice field

    ThisItem.Columnname.Value <> Dropdown1.Selected.Value
