Hi,
I want to create and item on top of SharePoint list ?

@charlyOueoueoue you use the create item action to add the item to the SharePoint list. To sort the items in your list so that the new item is at the top, you just need to have the list sorted by the Created column descending. Ther eis a more complex method using apply to each loops in Power Automate which is described at http://johnliu.net/blog/2018/12/how-to-implement-sort-with-microsoft-flow-in-3-actions-within-a-loop
