I need to send message (by Teams) to support department and send the answer back to user. User sends a message to bot or special account, then the message should be re-sent to one of support persons (let it be a certain person). After that the support person sends an answer, and the answer should come to user from that bot or account but not from the person.
The point is that support employees should be hidden behind the 'bot'. And all messages must be in Teams.
How can this be done?
By the way, my org license does not allow to call Workflows from Virtual Agents.
