My flow in barest form (shown below) ran in mere 0.6 seconds but email didn't arrive until 2 minutes later; the timing did not change with
- different time of the day
- whether email notification contains File information such as File Name and Path
When compared to much shorter (27 seconds) time, (email from my personal email account), IMHO, my Outlook 365 Business is not causing the 94 seconds (arrival time from Flow); shouldn't Microsoft Power Flow Outlook Business be faster than personal Apple Mail?
I created this Flow to improve the situation co-workers come to my desk to ask me perform a task of which input is email attachment, but I am unprepared because his/her email has not arrived, and I keep pressing Outlook Update key while my co-worker waits; I am hoping Flow can notify me and I can prepare before he/she come to my desk.
However, please correct me if wrong, Flow cannot be relied on to get notified sooner. In other words, email with file attachment arrived in less time than said Flow which has no attachment. If there is no certainty notification arrive sooner than email with file attachment, there is no sense relying on Flow for notification when speed is primary concern; (get notified after his/her email arrive)
How to improve 94.6 seconds (2 minutes + 0.6 seconds - 27 seconds) by Outlook 365 Business?
Is there alternative ?
Kind Regards
