Further information , it only happened to 1 single list - the rest of the list are working well with same attachment. When i try to click the attachment that uploaded , below error happen on the specific list only. Is there a reason?

I'm also getting the same issue in our Microsoft Teams Site where users are uploading any documents not just PDFs. We reset the user's browser settings for Chrome and it starts working again. This is the same for the Edge browser as well so this issue is not isolated to just one browser.

I am having this issue too. Only appears to be with PDF documents, .doc files seem fine.

This solution works for Attachments from Outlook to Sharepoint. Using the parameters from Get Attachment in the Sharepoint - Add attachment.
