Request Sign-Off - Multi Approval Needed

Hi,

I am trying to use a flow identical to the "Request Sign-Off" found in SharePoint document libraries, but I need to have it permit for multiple users to reply to the request.

By default, despite selecting more than one user in the send to field, the first to approve/reject speaks for everyone.

How can I modify this to allow all users to reply?

Thanks!

    Hi @barryweston ,

I am afraid that we could not change the Approval type of this Flow to Everyone must approve.

It seems that this Flow is a built-in Flow in SharePoint Site, we could not find it in Power Automate portals for the time being.

If you want to we have the ability to edit this Flow, please consider voting for the following similar idea:

    Thanks @v-bacao-msft

Is there a way I could build a button flow that would send approval or sign off to a selected group of users when I add an item to a SharePoint library?

    Here is my scenario.

We create packaging artwork files and save them on SharePoint. When complete, our designers are manually sending a link to that file to a group of users (a few different groups depending on the product).

Those users click the link, review, reply via email. It never works well and is messy, to say the least.

I would like to have a flow that allows me to save the PDF, then open Flow, use a button flow, to then start approval for that PDF file with the users I selected.

All users would need to approve/sign off.

Can this be done? I am new to flow, so I haven't been able to dig deep enough to know if this can be done.

    Thanks.

    Hi @barryweston ,

Regarding Button Flow, please check this blog and see if it helps:

    https://wonderlaura.com/2018/07/18/button-in-sharepoint-list-to-trigger-microsoft-flow/

About Sign off, as mentioned in my previous post, it seems that we could not create a similar Flow in Power Automate portals. We could not know the actions which was used to create this Flow. Besides, the SharePoint connector does not contain the feature related to Sign-off currently.

Please check this doc and get more details about SharePoint Online connector:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/connectors/sharepointonline/

    Best Regards,
