Hi All,

I am having an app where the user add attachments from PowerApps into SharePoint list. which adds the attachments through flow.

The user can add upto 6 attachment. When clicked on Delete attachment I need to delete the specific attachment which is clicked by the user. But when Delete attachment function action is given in Power automate it deleted all the attachments with respect to the Item Id.

Any help/ suggestion on this.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @Uthhra

    One of the possible solutions is to pass SharePoint Item Id and file or attachment name to the power automate cloud flow. In power automate flow, using get attachments, we can get all the attachments of an item, filter attachments using display name and then finally delete the attachment using "Delete attachment" action.

    Here is the sample cloud flow:

    If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks

    Since I'm passing the File content in JSON from PowerApps I am not able to pass the File Name.

    JSON(
    Collectattachements,
    JSONFormat.IncludeBinaryData
    )

    This is not passing the file Name.
