Not able to see Image control in play mode

1. I have an image control inside the gallery control, & the formula for the image is - thisitem.createdby.picture.

2. Now when I preview/play the app in Studio mode that time image is showing in the gallery.

3. but, when i publish & play the app in real play mode, that time, these image is not visible in the gallery.

I don't know, what is the issue.

Please help with this.

Office365Users.UserPhoto(ThisItem.'Created By'.Email)
