How to capture Check-OUT time in Sharepoint using flow? (Modified does not seem to capture it)

I am trying to capture the time a file was checked-out at in a sharepoint document library but unable to do so. The Modified time seems to be Check-In time and not OUT.

    Hi @aakkuummaarr ,

    You can try below expression:

    After flow confirmed that the current run is checkout, you can use below formula to get file's last-modified time for real:

    triggerOutputs()?['headers']?['Last-Modified']

    This is the time when file is checkout.

    Hope this can answer your question.

    Best Regards,

    @HenWang

    In the same flow, I am refreshing the file properties twice.

    1. When the file is modified: check CheckOUT time

    2. Wait for 1 hour and Get file properties: Check ChekOUT time

    Looks like the checkout time is being taken from the first condition on both cases. is there a way I can take this time from the second condition?

    Hi @aakkuummaarr ,

    Do you mean that the time form the second condition different from what it was originally(from the trigger body)? Like it should be one hour after the original time?

    I think maybe you can provide a sample so that I can better understand this question, like how do you get the time and what is your expected result here.

    @HenWang basically, I'd like the fresh output at both the places here so the flow ensures that someone else checked out the documents after a 1-hour delay.

    Hi @aakkuummaarr ï¼Œ

    Understand, then you can capture the last-modified time again after the "get file properties" action and use below formula to get its real time "last-modified" value after one hour:

    outputs('Get_file_properties')?['headers']?['Last-Modified']

    I think its not working the expected way. Looks like its picking some other time now (probably discard checkout or check-in or some other value and returning false when both times compared). No one else used the file in between both of my tests:

    Explaining on the screenshots. It looks like the flow is capturing wrong times at Second CheckOUTtime-2
