Hello,
I try to initiate an approval with an attachment on Power Automate, but it doesn't work, and I get a "badGatway" error message and error code 502.
If someone has already encountered this kind of problem, can help me ?

my flows are having the same issues too. and it seems like it started totally randomly. all the approval flows with attachments started to suddenly fail.
The problem is solved.
This was related to a missing "Organization" read permission of "System Job" in the Power Platform Admin Center security role "Approvals Administrator".
