Onboarding flow - different tasks?

Ok, I'm trying to create an onboarding flow for new employees.

First part is pretty easy, I just made a list in sharepoint (don't know if thats the most efficient solution, but I'm just playing around right now).

When that list is created it will send an email to all involved in that process.

After that I'm kind of stuck on how to proceed.

Two examples we have here is that IT creates an user, then after that is done the user gets an employeenumber.

How can I create a form of task for IT manager to create the user and when that is done it will respond back to HR with the employee number.

The second is the same kind of procedure, just to economic department that have to create the user in a CRM system and when done would reply automatically back to other departments with input from economic.

suggestion on how I should make something like this? The thing here is some kind of task sendt to a person who then can reply "done" and with a variable attached.

    HI @Anonymous ,

About creating a form of task for IT manager, please consider creating a form previously, then insert the link to the form in the email body when sending an email to IT manager. Then another flow with Microsoft Forms trigger “When a form is submitted”, send an email to HR with the employee number.

About creating the user in a CRM system, you could consider using the same configuration. First, insert the link to the CRM in the email body when sending an email to Economic department, then another flow with the dynamics 365 trigger “When a record is created”, send an email to other departments.

Please take a try with it on your side.

    Best regards,

    Mabel
