Hello Experts,

In model driven app, I have one home grid, on ribbon of home grid I have +New button to add new records to the table, which will display in home grid after creation of records,

now, when I open a form by clicking +New button from home grid ribbon,

the form will open and form ribbon has two buttons Save, Save & Close, I want to do some custom code on Save, Save & Close button and save the records to that table, I am able to save the record and close the form, but the home grid is not getting refreshed to se the latest records explicitly I need to press refresh button to see the latest records in the home grid,

but I want to refresh the home grid on the Save & Close button of the form,

here I used the below code to refresh the home grid, but its not working.
