I have this flow which contain 2 scopes , one scope act as the Try{} block the other acts as the Catch{} block. where in the Catch scope i am sending an email to the admin that the flow failed:-

The issue we are facing that sometime the admin got multiple emails, and when the admin goes to the flow run history all the flows will appear as Succeeded.. so is there a way to show the flow as failed incase the Catch scope is reached and executed? here is the history which contain a flows that sent emails to the admin, where all of them are shown as succeeded so it will be hard to know which one failed to check it further...
