How we can connect twilio with copilot

Hi Team,
 
i have requirement where i need to connect Twilio account and get income message and connect to copilot to auto reply the message.

    Unfortunately there aren't any separate documentation for that. But ideally it should be similar to all other connector configurations. 
     
    In general, We can create a Custom Action inside Copilot Studio that uses Twilio Connector.
     
     
     
     
    You can also try using Power Automate Flow to connect to Twilio.
     
    Below is a video that can help with Twilio - Power Automate
     
    Below are few other references that can help you.
     
     
    If you want to Integrate the copilot inside Twilio Channel, then you need to provide the Token Endpoint to be add inside twilio.
