Hello, I have a Power Automate Flow where the trigger is Dataverse, Change type Modified, Table Name Opportunities, and Select Columns is estimatedvalue.  The Flow is actively triggering OnCreate of the Opportunity as well as OnChange of the Opportunity Estimated Value column.  Any recommendation on changes to the trigger to have it ONLY trigger when Opportunity Estimated Value Column is MODIFIED would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @dburgesser

    Did you resolve this?

I have a similar issue with the Select column being ignored.

    Many thanks,

    Alex

    Hello Alex,

I spoke to Microsoft.  Working as expected according to Microsoft.

    Thanks for the response @dburgesser.

Did they say what the purpose of Select columns is in that case?

Hi Alex, no they did not have much of an answer except that it triggers of the value oncreate and onmodified because value contains data at the time oncreate.  A little frustrating, but I had to add a condition step for the value to continue with the flow or terminate the flow.
