My flow isn't stop running(When an item is created or modified)

Hi
I have a question about my flow, i created flow like when the someone add Code in A-Code Column (Just only one Column i want to run flow) but isn't stop running including when i add A-Code

    To trigger a flow on a specific sharepoint column update please follow the below video:
