Attempting to view a failed run for a specific flow crashes browser tabs

Application: Power Automate

Problem: Attempting to view a failed run for flow a specific flow crashes browser tabs. 

  • No problem viewing successful runs or other flows' failed runs.
  • Browser tabs not responsive to anything including BACK, right-click, inspect.
  • Problem only with this flow.  Others okay.
  • Occurs on Edge, Chrome and Brave.  Occurs on multiple Windows 10 machines.

    For this one I think you will have to open a support ticket.  It doesn't appear to be something you are doing wrong.  MS will have to check the backend to see why you can't open failed runs.

    Thanks @Pstork1 - Unfortunately Microsoft won't accept support tickets from me.  They require me to go through my license provider who isn't very responsive.  I'll try to remember to update this when a solution is found.

    Unfortunately, I don't think anyone on the forums will be able to do something for you.  This is the kind of issue that only internal support can handle.
