Data Download from Local server and upload on sharepoint

Hi

I am new in power automate but old user of Power BI. 

I want to download a excel file by Geving dates 1st Jan 2023 to current date file from my local server and upload this file after changing its name on share point.

 

How to do this please guide all steps, refer any video link which can help me how to do this.
