I have two separate process that needs to be executed in two separate VM as both VM has its own desktop application installed. The process will be executed in unattended mode. There will be only single user who will use both the process. There are few open queries regarding license plans based on my requirement.
1. What will be the suitable plan for such type of scenario, where two VM's will be use for desktop app automation.
2. If we opt for Power Automate Process Plan ($150), Do we need to opt for two such plan?
Since you need to run two processes on separate VMs in unattended mode and each VM has its own desktop application, you’ll require a plan that supports unattended RPA capabilities. The Power Automate Process Plan ($150/month) is well-suited for such unattended desktop automation.
What will be the suitable plan?
The Power Automate Process Plan is recommended as it supports unattended desktop automation, making it ideal for your VM-based setup.
Do you need to opt for two plans?
Yes, you will need two separate licenses (one for each VM). Each Power Automate Process ($150/month) allows for automation on one unattended bot. Since you are running automation on two VMs simultaneously, you’ll need two power automate process license.
Please let me know in case if you have any further queries on the same.
