Is it possible in PVA teams to schedule and send a notification to all the users that have the bot installed in a scheduled date and time of a week?

Notify bot users in Teams with proactive messages - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn I am primarily looking to send proactive messages to teammates in a teams channel and it fails.
This is the output I am getting
