Using Export to file for Power BI Reports for reports that are within folders

Hello

recently, Power BI added an option to create Folders within a workspace, which I really like (I can create a folder for each departments and have their reports published there).

Now, my issue is within Power Automate. I have a few flows that email some of the reports  as PDF. this used to work fine when the reports were at the root of the workspace, however, the connector do not recognize the folders

Am I missing something? Perhaps the Connector will be updated soon as the Power BI folder option is marked as "preview"?

Thanks!

    Hi , @Dom32

I test it in my side , I've found that folders don't affect whether or not reports are displayed:

And in your screenshot , it seems your report is "Paginated Report".

You may need to use the "Export to File for Paginated Report" action.
