I am looking for an option to built a sample IVR with Press1 for Sales and press 2 for Tech support, how would i achieve that?
If you're already using PVA within the context of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, then there are patterns you can use in PVA to implement DTMF using Bot Framework Skills. There are complexities there that you may run into as it's not natively supported and you may run into other issues with noise.
