AI builder credits renewal date

AI Builder is only available as a monthly subscription. 

We have 1000000 credits but seem to have used them all.

We thought that the credits would renew on the 1st day of the month - but the power platform admin centre is still saying 0 credits remaining.

How do we find out when our credits will renew ?

    Can you paste a screenshot of your admin center page where you see the AI Builder credits.

    I'm not sure to understand your problem.

    Can you provide the Resources\Capacity\Summary page

    Do you mean the message 'You've consumed all of your AI Builder credits. Contact your administrator to get more capacity' ? If yes, I have the same problem! According to the usage report I've only used up 350k credits. 

     

    Nevertheless you should be able to continue doing your stuff in AI Builder. The notification doesnt affect anything in my experience.
