I have run my app for about 3 month and this week all my user get this notification and cannot opening the app but I (the owner) still can access to the app and it works normally as the same.
The notification is : this app isn't opening correctly with the session id : 20989e1e-d37d-4e84-b443-bec03822ea49

This may be due to different reasons. Probably network issue / licensing issue/browser issue. I suggest you to create a Microsoft Support ticket for this issue by providing your Session id.
Here are the steps to create a Microsoft support ticket.
1. https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/
2. Under Help + Support
3. New Support request > Select Power Apps or the relevant product
4. Provide a proper description along with your session id.
Then Microsoft will handle this issue for you.
