Sharepoint Document Library Access

Hello, 

 

I have a document library, where one of the columns is 'Sales Rep', and we assign the name of the sales rep here. 

 

I am wondering if there is a way to control the access to that folder as a result of the name of the personal assigned. 

 

E.g. John would only have access to the files where his name has been entered in the metadata as sales rep.
