Document Automation Base kit - Error when creating configuration in Document Automation powerapp

Posted on by 24

When I open the Document Automation PowerApp in the Document Automation Base Kit, select my model then click "Save" I get the following error:

"The specified record was not found. Server Response: Document Automation Configurations failed: Entity 'aib_documentautomationconfiguration' With Id = d4fe1c29-5cbc-4a46-8e4e-db0d5399720a Does Not Exist"

Subsequent attempts produce the same error but with a different Id.

Any idea why this may be happening?

I am just trying this out to see the capabilities before I purchase AI Builder credits.

Is it possible that I am getting this error becuase I don't have any credits?

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

In order to use this solution, you need the following licenses:
    - One Power Automate license to run all the flows that orchestrate the process. https://docs.microsoft.com/power-platform/admin/pricing-billing-skus
    - A Power Apps license for any user who must manually review and approve documents. https://docs.microsoft.com/power-platform/admin/pricing-billing-skus
    - A Power Apps license for the process owner to configure the process.
    - AI Builder capacity based on the volume of document processed per month. The AI Builder
calculator helps you to estimate the capacity that is right for you. https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/ai-builder-calculator/

    Regards,

    Samia

    Hi Samia,

    Thank you for the reply.

I have a Power Apps per User license, so that should cover the Power Automate and PowerApps requirements?

I do not have any AI Builder credits. Is this why I am getting this error message?
If so, the error message is not very helpful 🙂

It's a shame that we can't test this functionality out before purchasing credits.

    Hi Cedrik

Im on the 30 days trial version of the premiums: Power Automate Premium, PowerApps and AI Builder.

This are the name of the license enable in my user:

I´m still having this message error:

No se encontró el registro especificado. Respuesta del servidor: Error de Document Automation Configurations: Entity 'aib_documentautomationconfiguration' With Id = 4a03ddc7-98f6-4fd3-bc78-fb0945794961 Does Not Exist

I have talked with our Tenant admins and they have allocated me 500 credits from my Power Apps license.

I am still getting the same error message.

    Any Help would be appreciated.
