Cloud flow performance slow when running more action

Encountered the performances warning as attached screenshot when running more cloud flow actions. Is it licenses issues? Need to upgrade to premium features?

    Don’t you have a premium license. From the steps you used, I would suggest that.

     

    But please show the rest of the flow. What is inside the condition? 5 actions are not much for a flow.
