I wanted to create a user group and I want to enable only share link to people in my organization for a file created by that user . What are the custom permissions I need to enable to do this task?
NB: When I give the user group Full control it works. I wanted to know what are the specific custom permissions I need to provide for creating a sharable link to a folder/file to share it to all people in the organization.

After my test, edit works but view does not.
So you could use edit permission level.

After my test, once you delete a certain permission of edit permission level, flow will report an error.
You could remove this:
I do not recommend you to remove more permissions.
