Hello All,

I have a low created to save the attachment I received thru Outlook email. I have created a rule in my outlook to say move the email to a folder with specific word. This will be send daily once a day. So I have a flow now that will save this attachment to our share point folder and will rename the file name to a specific name. (Attachment will always be Excel (.xls file)) It works fine but only one draw back. File is getting saved and renamed the file name but the content of the file is not getting saved. Initially it was working fine and it saved with full content. But now it is not.

Below is the flow which I have now. Can someone help me in this. Or can someone please tell me how can I create a flow to save the attachment from email and save this to the Share Point folder and rename the file.

Thank you for the update. But The flow pictures in that blog is different language So couldn't understand.

What do you mean by different language? It is in English.

Sorry for the confusion. It reads good now.

By the way flow works ok. But still I face the same issue. It wont save the actual content. Actual file size is 5833 KB but when it saved it is only 1 KB

I tested one thing. If I put the file name from Dynamic content it says exactly as it is. (Please see below)

But if I give a name as I like it will not give the full content. Just only 1 KB. This was my previous issue also.

Are you making sure that you are passing the correct extension to the file name?

If it does not work you can save first and then copy with a different name.

Yup, I tried both .xlsx & .xls with file name.

I would suggest you create the file with the same name from attachment and then you can copy it with another name And then delete the first one.

So I use Copy file option. But I dont see an place to put file name.
