I am having trouble creating a flow that as soon as the new form is opened to create a new list item, it will grab the ID of the last created item on a list, add 1 to it, then concatenate that with a 2 letter prefix and input that into my RequestID column. So in the new unedited form it already displays that concatenated bit, If that makes sense.
