Dear MS PG support / Support,
We are using Citrix Workspace to connect to various legacy applications via RDP. When will the Power Automate agent for virtual desktops support multi-hop connections? Currently, there are two hops between VMs (Citrix and then RDP) to connect to the specific machine where the Power Automate agent is installed. We are trying to establish the connection from the local system, but there is no option to bypass these two hops and directly connect to the VM. This challenge is prevalent across almost every account.
If the agent does not support this, how are other RPA tools functioning effectively in a Citrix environment? We kindly request the Product Team to consider this scenario and release an upgraded version of the Power Automate agent with multi-hop support.
