We have developed a Power App that we can access via our mobile devices. It is successfully working in North America. Our European team can access our Share Folder via network protection settings but they say they cannot dowload the Power App on their mobile devices. Is Power App available in Europe?
Can you clarify what you mean when you say the European team "cannot dowload the Power App on their mobile devices."? Is the app completely not visible on the mobile device, or does it fail to load when the user attempts to open it?
The first thing to check is that the European users are able to access the same tenant and environment where the app is saved.
