Flow getting slow on sharepoint connector over time and gives error even if its successfull

Hello,

my Flow Code is working fine for himself but after a few requests the flows getting really slow and get stuck like forever.

This should the flows do:

1. Getting information from a Forms Formular

2. Writing data into a sharepoint list

3. Reading out a Sharepointlist (this is where the loop starts striking)

4. Calcuulate data

5. Send an Email with Data

The Flow works fine like 5 times and than its getting slower every time and its stucks always at this Sharepoint list wiriting element:

The sharepoint list has 275 rows and i knew that this Sharepoint Connector just make max.100 rounds as standard. But it has to be all in one flow so i changed the settings of the the sharepoint list opener connector at the beginning of the flow with this setting:

Is this wrong?

I tryed to activate the parallel loop at one of the the loops from the first foto. But this messed up my data.

And if this wouldnt be worse enough, even the successfull flow somehow make errors when i open the flow in the history so i am not able to check the input datas and the steps of the flow. It says "unable to fetch data" at the forms and get some unexpected errors at loops and sharepoint connectors. (Cant share a picture because its just sometimes and sometimes i can see all data and steps)

I already tryes to replace the sharpoint connector with excel and work with excel sheets but it brings me the same result.

And i tryed to get power automate pro but its still the same thing.

Can somebody help me here? 😐

Thanks a lot!
