Sending the same emails to multiple users

Hello Everyone,

I have a question.

I have created flow using Get row (Excel) and then Send Email (Outlook).

The issue is that when add recipients from specific row, the Flow will send email to all recipients BUT they will see each other. Is there another way of creating a similar flow. For instance, I need to send 100 reminders to my customers BUT they cannot see each other email addresses.

Kindly help
Kris

If your goal is to hide the recipient list, you can add all of your recipients on the BCC line (advanced options) rether than on the To: line.  There is one catch - the send an email action requires that at least one email address be on the To: line, so add your own email address there.

    Hello Scott,

I am aware of BCC option, but it is not the solution for my problem. I should have stated it clearer.

The whole point is to send the same reminder to let us say 20 users, so they ALL should be in "to:" as they should feel that is it personal email directed specifically to them. I know that there was previously "Get Rows" option but it was removed from latest Msft Flow.

As I mentioned the solution of this problem does not have to include Excel Get row and Outlook Send email address.

If you know about any other flow that could solve the problem: sending the same email to different users that would be great.

    Cheers,
    Kris
