Responding to an approvals in Outlook not syncing in Teams

I have made an approval flow for travel reimbursement and the approval request will go to the reporting manager through mail and teams, manager can accept either via outlook or teams. But the issue is, when the manager responds to the approval via outlook, the response is not updating in teams. When the manager responds to approval via teams then it also updates in outlook.

I tried to resolve but its not happening, can anyone provide me a solution? so that when the manager responds via mail then it should also reflect to teams.

Unfortunatly till now there is no option to do it but keep in mind that when the user answer from teams it is updated in outlook and when the user first answer in outlook the answer given in teams is just disregarded.

    Best regards,

    Alaa

    Thanks for reply

So every time the manager has to respond in teams is that right?

Is there anything I could try?

Yes that is it, and keep in mind that if you switch the enable notification to No the user won't receive an email like that

Yes that's fine but the manager has to receive mail and teams notification right so disabling it doesn't help, but anyhow I will try this method.

    Thank you.
