Exporting From Shared Mailbox to Sharepoint Lists

Hi from my personal email I can export an email to a sharepoint list fine, and adds the email as an attachment. BUT When I go to build my flow to do the same from a shared mailbox... it fails on  "export email (v2)" step.

Any ideas? I have already tried adding the shared email address to the "Original Mailbox Address" field. I get a "notfound" error.

    Hi @RichLabz ,

    Please refer to below blog:

How to 'Get emails' from a folder in a shared mailbox with Power Automate (tomriha.com)

Hi it's not working. Maybe another piece of information is the shared mailbox exists under a different domain (?) than the domain(?) I have access to so the @company1.com is different the the @company2.com. So when I start typing the under "original mailbox" it won't auto populate. I have no problem creating other flows between the two but I can't seem to grab the emails to create an attachment in sharepoint.

    Hi @RichLabz ,

For the Get Emails action, you need to use the account in that tenant to create a new connection. This account should also have appropriate license to use Power Automate.

Yes its working now, I started the flow by logging into the power automate and starting the flow from the email domain its coming from, before I was doing it in reverse I was trying to pull the email from the domain the sharepoint list was one.. In short, start the flow logged into the the email domain you are starting from. Thank you
