Good Morning Everyone,
I am new to Flow and am doing a pretty standard lookup using Excel Get a row based on a zip code. I have confirmed that in the source file the Zip column contains unique values. When I ran the flow using a test excel file, it ran without issues. Now that I have dropped in the production file, with over 41,000 rows, the flow times out on that step:

When I have done this I have always needed to use the excel action "List Rows in a table" but then also use the Get Row. It works fine if you use both.

As a follow up, I did switch out the Get a Row with an Excel List rows present in a table and it appeared to succeed with that look up. I am just not sure what the purpose is for the Get a Row tool.
