ReportI am a demand planner, and every week I face out-of-stock issues with materials coming from different production plants, each managed by its own production planner. Currently, I have to send multiple emails to inquire about the root causes of these shortages and discuss potential resolutions.
To streamline this process, I plan to automate it by maintaining an Excel file where I can input the SKUs and corresponding production plants. This file will allow production planners to provide their responses directly, enabling me to gather all information in one centralized location.
